Omuhle’s career began in the 2000s when she made her first appearance in David Kau’s television series Taxi Ride while still a little child (based on the film of the same name). She then made an appearance as a presenter on the Kideo children’s television network when she was younger. She also appeared in a cameo in the SABC1 drama Tshisa.

In the SABC2 drama series and soap opera Muvhango, she played the character Busi Motsamai in her first significant television role. The daughter of Doobsie Mukwevho and James Motsamai, Busi, lived in Japan for nearly a year. She came back a con artist like her mother.
