Gomora is a South African television drama series produced by Seriti Films. With young actors like Siphesihle Ndaba and Scelo Buthelezi making a name for themselves. The series is filmed in the Alexandra township, hence the name of the series. Gomora is a story about inequality. It’s about the rich and the poor, how fine the line between the two can be.

Katlego Danke

This is because she is doing a better job as Thati on Gomora. Katlego will be earning R95,000 in the third season of this drama.

Sannah Mchunu (Zodwa)

The road to fame for Sannah wasn’t easy. First, she had to overcome obstacles resulting from her past, including divorce, but she went to become an award winner.

Her breakthrough came with the Gomora part; she entered the cast as a supporting character and worked her way up to the lead position. Sannah will be earning R88,000 in season 3 of the show.

Buyile Mdladla (Phumlani Ndaba)

Season 3 of Gomora draws to a close for Phumlani Ndaba (Buyile Mdladla), exposing his pranks and genuine motives. As the late Mbongeni Ndaba’s younger brother.

Ndaba holds two degrees from Rhodes University namely; a BSS in Psychology, Economics and Dramatic Arts as well as an Honours Degree in Dramatic Arts. Siphesihle plays the character ‘Mazet’ on Mzansi Magic’s hit telenovela ‘GOMORA’.

Which has over 2.3 million viewers every weekday. She has been cast in many theatre productions at the National Arts Festival.

Sicelo received the Outstanding Newcomer Award at the 4th Royalty Soapie Awards in 2020. According to sources like briefly.co.za, Sicelo is paid R10 600 each month. Teddy is a significant figure in the Gomora narrative, and his pay will likely rise in the upcoming seasons if it hasn’t already.
