Anathi Gobeni, who was born on July 20, 1989, and is 33 years old. According to a 2020 interview with Mthobisi Mkhwanazi, Anathi hinted that he was born in the Eastern Cape. The Gobeni family moved to eThekwini in 1995, when he was only 6 years old. Where and his family relocated permanently. It’s important to note, that Anathi and his family moved around a lot in the Eastern Cape, Western Cape and the KwaZulu-Natal province. However, their relocation to eThekwini was the most long lived. They relocated eThekwini till he started college.
As a result of their numerous relocations, Anathi said it was difficult to establish stable relationships. Making it difficult for him to figure himself. He completed all 8 of the offered topics when he was in high school and did well academically.
As aforementioned Anathi did very well in school. While still in high school, he got a B in physical sciences during his senior year. He did not, however, enjoy accounting at all, and he still does not. When Anathi made the decision to switch history for acting, he was entering grade 11. And said that he was very thrilled to be in acting classes.

But even though he detested accounting, he applied for the position since his father wanted him to be an accountant. However, he personally wasn’t into that. So, when Universities took time to respond to her first two options. She jumped at the opportunity to study drama instead. A road the proved to difficult but worth it.
Since, DUT had already responded and the previous two options had taken some time to respond, he quickly turned to his dream. The next year, Gobeni enrolled at the Durban University of Technology to study drama, and in 2015, he earned a National Diploma in Drama. Majoring in acting, dancing and singing.
